Walkthrough for Monks:

Talk to Izinartac Head West to Izinartac of the Sky (as indicated by on the map), Hail him and go through his text. After you will be ported to an empty island.
Bad Monks Lore will begin. After, you will be attacked, kill each npc.
Sun and the Moon After killing them all say 'ready' to the Disciple to begin the next part, here you must wait patiently until this part completes with Raster of Guk. After this you must pull one disciple to the other, they will fight each other and after a bit this will update.
Beat the Monks Afterwards you will have to fight npcs with your abilities having counters, doing the counter right will damage the NPC, doing it wrong will blind you. round kick > flying kick and eagle flying kick > tiger, dragon and direct eagle > direct attack, dragon and flying dragon > tiger tiger > round kick and eagle
Choose Iksar or Human Once they are all beat you can choose one story side, either doesnt matter, this will complete after you choose. If you want the special ornamentation success, choose neither until the script moves on, this will take a few minutes.

Direct Attack = Kick which defeats Round Kick.
