- Head to Plane of Air and slay temple guardians. They don't actually drop an item, this update will come randomly upon killing them.
- Create 1 Air Temper using tradeskills 0/1 (ALL)
- For this update you need to combine 2x Drop of Mercury with 1x Dwarven Ale in a brew barrel. The Drops of Mercury can be found from earth elementals in many zones, I got mine from Twilight Sea. The Dwarven Ale is vendor purchaseable in several zones, I bought mine in West Freeport from Slan ODonner at 705, -688, -87.
- Create 1 Electrified Copper Plate using tradeskills 0/1 (ALL)
- Combine your 2x Sheet of Electrified Copper, 2x Large Brick of High Quality Steel, and 1x Air Temper together in a Forge.
- Deliver 1 Electrified Copper Plate to Chief Engineer Dougal 0/1 (Steamfont Mountains)
- Head back to the build site in Steamfont Mountains. Turn in the electrified Copper Plat to Dougal for task completion.
