Walkthrough for Shamans:

Follow the Wisps Follow the wisps at stop 1 (as indicated by on the map), 2 (as indicated by on the map), 3 (as indicated by on the map) and finally 4 (as indicated by on the map), on the 4th one you will get an emote to go accross the lake, go to Thalger (as indicated by on the map) across the lake.
Kill the Spirit Hail him and say 'task' then 'I know who you are' then 'I have the spear' then 'I will help you' after some lore it wants you to kill the spirit wolf, kill it. The wolf will take damage over time if your epic is equipped, no spells will land on it however, it will also banish other players and your pet (but not mercs).
Cannibalize Yourself Once an emote pops up about saying [stop], you must say 'stop' to Thalger. After some lore, you will be attacked by a Risen Host, let it hit you and chain cast Canni Spells, once you get low HP it will stop attacking, you must then Canni yourself the rest of the way to death. Once you purple this will progress with a bunch of lore.
Destroy Spiritual Remains When you are made into a Shadow Wolf, attack Miragul`s Spiritual Remains. After that when the elves come, Rogarsh will give you a [broken arrow] note in his text, say 'broken arrow' to him, after more lore this will complete.

Saying 'broken arrow' did not work for me. I had to say 'I have a broken arrow'.
