I was able to do the first two tasks in the series as a level 63, but this task told me I was not the right level for it. Previously I was able to complete the task series entirely on a level 85. There is a level requirement between 63 and 85 for this specific task and maybe the subsequent Firiona Vie tasks. At 63 I was able to get Faeta Glor task. I leave it to another person to narrow it down.
