- Kill blacksail pirates in The Buried Sea. They don't actually drop an item, the task will update randomly upon killing them.
- Deliver the Blacksail cloth to Treddle 0/2 (Steamfont Mountains)
- Return to Treddle at the build site in Steamfont Mountains. Hail him for task completion.
