- These drop from water elementals. They should drop from any zone with water elementals, but I used Sunderock Springs. Prelootable - task will update when you request it for items you have in inventory (Note: I'm not sure if they drop without actually having the task, tho).
- Create 1 Simple Waterproofing Oil using tradeskills 0/1 (ALL)
- This is created by combining 2x Palm Leaf Oil, 1x Gnomish Spirits, and 2x Water Elemental Residue inside a brew barrel.
- Deliver 1 Simple Waterproofing Oil to Chief Textile Engineer Treddle 0/1 (Steamfont Mountains)
- Return to Treddle at the build site in Steamfont Mountains. Hand him the Simple Waterproofing Oil for task completion.
