    • Right-Click the Empty Box on a drizzling elemental (as indicated by on the map)
    		•
  • Collect a harmonic from a drenching elemental 0/1 (The Plane of Storms)
    • Right-Click the Empty Box on a drenching elemental (as indicated by on the map)
    		•
  • Collect a harmonic from a rain elemental 0/1 (The Plane of Storms)

    Think you were trying to talk to the AOC outside of plane of storms? it takes place in the normal zone

    It said this could be done solo, but at the Plane of Storms I tried to get in, but the NPC would not allow me, told me I needed six total players to enter.  This was not to go in and fight or anything, it was for this quest of collection of sounds.
