    I am doing this quest and yes you stand behind the NPC hail her and you will get the update, and also works while you are invisible :D :D

    spam hail and watch where the mob runs too and stand in the path so you have more hails landing.

    Some one suggested to stand behind the npc invised for the hail - might have a higher chance 1st hail would work.

    Their is an /ach for all 16 hairs.
