Walkthrough:



  • Speak to Cook Yates 0/1 (Plane of Knowledge)
    • Cook Yates is located right by the quest giver. Hail him for update.

  • Assist Cook Yates with a special feast by making some food 0/1 (ALL)
    • You will need a Braxi Tenderloin. These can be found from any Braxi in any VoA zone. I got mine on my second Braxi kill in Resplendent Temple.

      Combine in an Oven (Trivial at 335)
      • Great Feast
        • Braxi Tenderloin - Drops from any Braxi in any VoA zone.
        • Jug of Sauces - Vendor purchased from Culkin Ironstove in PoK near baking vendors.
        • Rock Salt - Vendor purchased from Eric Rasumus in PoK near the research supply vendors (near small bank).
        • Ground Pepper - Vendor purchased from Malon Lailius in East Freeport, 444, -228, 6

  • Assist Cook Yates with a special feast by brewing some drinks 0/1 (ALL)
    • For this combine you will need a Liquid Nightmare. This drops in House of Thule. I got mine from a bone golem, but they should drop from other mobs too.

      Combine in a Brew Barrel (Trivial at 335)
      • Shreddergut Booze
        • Liquid Nightmare - Drops from mobs in House of Thule
        • Water Flask - Vendor purchased from many vendors
        • Barley - Vendor purchased from Basur TuQual in PoK near the Brewing supply vendors.
        • Bottle - Vendor purchased from Basur TuQual in PoK near the Brewing supply vendors.
        • Cork - Vendor purchased from Tabben Bromal in Plane of Knowledge. -380, 538, -90

  • Assist Cook Yates with a special feast by crafting new plates and bowls 0/1 (ALL)
    • Head to Sarith City. Find Marius Lenn at 95, -209, -2. Upon hailing him, you will receive Durable Clay Mixture. Simply combine this item by itself in a Kiln to receive Mercenary Tablewear.

  • Speak to Quartermaster Quinn 0/1 (Plane of Knowledge)
    • Quartermaster Quinn is located right by the quest giver. Hail her for this update.

  • Assist Quartermaster Quinn by forging some swords 0/1 (ALL)
    • For this combine you will need a Underfoot Purified Ore. I got mine from an Adherent sentinel in Pellucid Grotto, but they could drop from other mobs in other zones as well.

      Combine in a Forge (Trivial at 335)
      • Rugged Blades
        • Underfoot Purified Ore - Drops from mobs in Pellucid Grotto (possibly other zones?)
        • Smithy Hammer - Vendor purchaseable from many smithing vendors

  • Assist Quartermaster Quinn by crafting some bows 0/1 (ALL)
    • You will need a Valley Wood. These drop from tree type mobs in Valley of Lunanyn.

      Combine in a Planar Fletching Kit (Tricial at 335)
      • Durable Bows
        • Valley Wood - Drops from tree type mobs in Valley of Lunanyn.
        • Planing Tool - Vendor purchased from Ellis Cloudchaser in PoK near the fletching supply vendors.

  • Assist Quartermaster Quinn by tailoring some armor 0/1 (ALL)
    • You will need a Prowler Pelt. These drop from 'an aggressive prowler' in Beasts' Domain.

      Combine in a Loom (Trivial at 335)
      • Custom-Fit Armor
        • Prowler Pelt - Drops from 'an aggressive prowler' in Beasts' Domain.
        • Simple Sewing Needle - Vendor purchased from Higwyn Matrick in PoK near the tailoring supply vendors.
        • Plated Filament - Vendor purchased from Higwyn Matrick in PoK near the tailoring supply vendors.

  • Deliver the cooked food 0/1 (Plane of Knowledge)
    • Return to Cook Yates and hand him the Great Feast item you crafted.

  • Deliver the brewed drinks 0/1 (Plane of Knowledge)
    • Return to Cook Yates and hand him the Shreddergut Booze item you crafted.

  • Deliver the crafted plates and bowls 0/1 (Plane of Knowledge)
    • Return to Cook Yates and hand him the Mercenary Tablewear item you crafted.

  • Deliver the smithed weapons 0/1 (Plane of Knowledge)
    • Return to Quartermaster Quinn and hand him the Rugged Blades item you crafted.

  • Deliver the fashioned bows 0/1 (Plane of Knowledge)
    • Return to Quartermaster Quinn and hand him the Durable Bows item you crafted.

  • Deliver the tailored armor 0/1 (Plane of Knowledge)
    • Return to Quartermaster Quinn and hand him the Fit Armor item you crafted.

  • Craft a mercenary signet ring 0/1 (ALL)
    • For this combine you will need a Triumvirate Blood Stone. This are VERY rare drops from all named NPC's in Veil of Alaris.

      Combine in a Planar Jeweler's Kit (Trivial at 335)
      • Mercenary Signet Ring
        • Triumvirate Blood Stone - Drops from various Named mobs in VoA Tier 3 zones, possibly other zones as well.
        • Platinum Bar - Vendor purchased from Audri Deepfacet near the Jewelcrafting supply vendors
        • Jewelers Glass - Crafted
        • Oval Cut Tool - Crafted

  • Deliver the mercenary signet ring 0/1 (Plane of Knowledge)
    • Return to Mercenary Captain Cecille and hand him the Mercenary Signet Ring you crafted.
