Defeat the third disciple, Salk 0/1 (The Deep) More Info
Defeat the fourth disciple, Sineb 0/1 (The Deep) More Info
Open the lockbox 0/1 (The Deep) More Info
Return the beak to Krastoraab 0/1 (The Deep) More Info

Walkthrough:

Defeat the first disciple, Jonus 0/1 (The Deep) Hail and Defeat Jonus at the zone in, the bosses in here are on the Find window to get to them
Defeat the second disciple, Lorelei 0/1 (The Deep) Hail and Defeat Lorelei, she will spawn 2 adds that heal her
Defeat the third disciple, Salk 0/1 (The Deep) Hail and Defeat Salk, it will have AE decals to avoid
Defeat the fourth disciple, Sineb 0/1 (The Deep) Hail and Defeat Sineb, it has the mechanics of the previous mobs
Open the lockbox 0/1 (The Deep) Open the Chest
Return the beak to Krastoraab 0/1 (The Deep) Say 'leave' to Sineb to zone out, then Return to and Turn in the Beak to Krastoraab (as indicated by on the map)
Bonus Loot To get the bonus Familiar you can turn this in to Sineb in Shar Vahl who will hand it back to so you can then Complete the Mission

Also drops is another back item - Shroud of Unending Cycles which has similar stats to Furry Feathered Cloak

During 4th fight this emote is given:

it sounds like a hint for what you should do except there is no achievement bonus for the 4th fight. Maybe a hidden bonus?
